Attendee Registration

ASAN Members:
  • Early registration ends on July 3, registrations after July 3 carry a $25 late fee
  • Active Military (photo ID required): $350
  • Nurse or Affiliate* Member (login required, active or retired): $450
  • LPN Member (login required, active or retired): $350
  • Student Member (login required, enrolled in full time studies):  $300
Non-Members:
  • Nurse or Affiliate* Non-Member (active or retired): $500
  • LPN Non-Member (active or retired): $400
  • Student Non-Member (enrolled in full time studies): $350

*Affiliates are persons or entities who are concerned with addictions nursing

Notes & Policies

Attendee Cancellation Policy (attendees):

On or before May 15: 90% of total registration fees. After May 15: No refunds due to cancellation. 

Sponsor Benefits, Payment & Cancellation Polices (sponsors):

Sponsorship benefits cannot be provided until payment is received in full. Sponsorships benefits cannot be guaranteed for registrations and/or payments received after June 30. Sponsorship benefits available in advance of the conference (eg: logo/link on website/emails) begin when payment is received. No refunds due to cancellation, sponsorship will be transferred to the next annual conference.
