ASAN Mission: To provide leadership, collaboration, education and support through the use of evidence informed care in all practice settings and to promote research and education for the prevention, compassionate intervention and treatment of addiction.
ASAN welcomes all nurses as full voting members:
We believe All Nurses share in their commitment to our patients, clientele and students.
ASAN welcomes Nurses from all over the World:
The American Society of Addiction Nursing (ASAN) was created in 2020 by the founding members to fill a void in our profession. The founding members recognized a void in the true advocacy of Nurses in their pursuit of caring for clients and communities.
ASAN welcomes Nurses from all settings as full voting members:
There are so many areas nurses care for patients, clients and the community; Inpatient, Outpatient, Public Health and Academia.
