Presenter Suzan Blacher, PhD, RN, CARN, CNE; Nova Southeastern University; Miami, Florida Suzan is an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at Nova Southeastern University Dr. Blacher has been a nurse for over 40 years and worked in outpatient and in patient addiction treatment programs.
